The Tournament has THREE main roles:

1-Super Admin: a role owned by our technical team.

2-Admin: has the authority to build, edit, or delete training templates, users roles, and assign different templates as competition or training to individuals and teams.

3-Users: used by employees to log on and undergo multiple trainings and competitions through multiple mediums and gamified solutions.

The company users will be provided the platform URL through email from CL and users can log on the system through the provided emails and passwords.

As per the activity, if automated scoring based activity, such as online games and online quizzes that contain MCQs or T/F questions.

Or may be scored through adding scores by the admin, so as to select winners in every round (championship) or rank individuals and teams (league or general tournament structures).

•The Super-Admin (Caduceus Lane) creates a subdomain for the company to access The Tournament.

•The Admin (optional whether to be owned by the company or by Caduceus Lane) adds users, and builds the required templates to be assigned to the selected users, creating the training’s duration, date, and time, allowing users to start the training, competition, or knowledge test.

•Users will be allowed to check the training’s details, including the training material and go through the follow-up knowledge tests and quizzes, which are used to assess their knowledge-retention level and increases the learning experience’s efficiency.

The Tournament provides the users with their usernames and passwords to navigate through their interfaces, where they can find their assigned trainings, competitions, or knowledge tests. The scores of each employee will be reported to their leads and in public dashboard upon choice accordingly.

Upon finishing the training with The Tournament, scores of each individual or team will be documented to the company within 5 working days, with/without the performed advanced analytics as per the agreement with company based on their chosen plan.

The Tournament offers unlimited number of users per training template according to the purchased package.

If there is no major modifications required by the client to the core of the web application, it takes 5-7 working days after receiving the specifications form from the client to provide them with the subdomain, admin account, users accounts, and templates required to be built by Caduceus Lane. If there are modifications agreed to be added on the platform, it would take up to 3-4 weeks after receiving the requirements from the client to apply such modifications.
